As a qualified pilot and owner operator of Jet Flight Simulator over the past five years Daniel Giron always wanted to share is experience, the thrill of flying, with others .

The first Jet Flight Simulator Centre was opened on the Gold Coast and due to the astonishing success of the concept, Daniel has now opened two more Jet Flight Simulator centres in Brisbane.

As the result of such a success,  a serious business opportunity has been identified and researched. And now Daniel wants to share his experience and the thrill of flyng and running a brilliant bussiness with others. As such,  Daniel has now provided for the development and licensing of the Jet Flight Simulator concept which is clearly unique in the leisure market place and delivers an "out of the ordinary" and sustainable business venture totally consistent with contemporary leisure customer requirements and has multi-outlet development potential.

Jet Flight Simulator is an original leisure concept that does not exist in any other established leisure centre.

Jet Flight Simulator belongs to a category of leisure concept that reflects the real experience customers are looking for when purchasing leisure time.

Jet Flight Simulator Cockpits are real duplicates of jet airliners cockpits built to the exact dimension of a real jet airliner cockpits including all the electronic and systems necessary to fly a plane, thus offering a real live experience that not even video games can give you.

Jet Flight Simulator can be adapted to a variety of locations including free standing outlets, shopping centre's, or close to an existing leisure centre and does not necessarily require foot traffic flow business as its marketing is mainly done on line via web site

Licence details & fees

Licence Model

Our selected licensing model is based on a Multi Centre Development. Certain cities may be considered as an area that can sustain several centres in the same city

Licensing Fee

Our licensing fee is simply based on a fee per Jet Flight Simulator centre. Licensing fee for an area with several centres can be negotiated

Initial investment for the setting up of one Jet Flight Simulator is AU $ 150,000 ex GST when applicable.

This will include:   The Simulator with all the electronics, training, installation and setting up, IT and booking module but not including living and travel expenses for our technicians when installing for simulator.  This may vary on the location.

Annual license fee of $10,000 for the use of Jet Flight Simulator and link to our web site

Key Figures

We can only make projections on the centre you will be operating based on the figures currently achieved by the operating Jet Flight Simulator on the Gold Coast and in Brisbane but annual turnover may vary from $280,000 to over $500,000.. Depending on the number of days and hours you will be operating your centre. Attached you will find budget and figures currently achieved.

Licencing Support

As a Jet Flight Simulator  licensee  we will offer you comprehensive training and ongoing support to maximise the success of your business.

Before you launch your new center:

• You will receive extensive training to learn how to operate your centre
• We will help you in selecting your location .
• Design of your centre will be done by our design team.
• We will build and install your Jet Flight Simulator
• We will assist you in operating your centre as part of our training program

Once your centre is open, we will continue to provide you with assistance including:

• A comprehensive operations manual for ongoing reference.
• Support with technical issues.
• Put in place local and national marketing campaigns to maximise your revenues.

Based on the existing operating module of Jet Flight Simulator on the Gold Coast and Brisbane these are the projections based on achieved figures:

• Centre operating 360 days year
• 8 to 10 hours day
• One simulator
• 360 x 10 = 3600 hours x 2= 7200 half Hours
• 72000 Half hours@ $49 = $ 352,000.00 Turnover year
• Operating expenses inclusive of one pilot, rent. over head =$ 176,000.00
• Profit=$ 176,000.00
